RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our skincare, body care, and personal care products, all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be considered for a return review, items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
ZAR Essence reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility at our sole discretion. Any item showing signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration may be denied.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
